Description
The Apple Farm is located in county Tipperary in the south of Ireland. Apples have been grown in this area for hundreds of years, and since 1968 we have been planting more orchards to increase our supply. The farm is owned by the Traas family which moved from The Netherlands to Ireland in the late 1960's to grow fruit.

Dark golden colour. Weak aroma and flavour. Very much on the sweet side. Lacking in depth and complexity.

500ml bottle from Home Bargains store, Middlesbrough. Clear sparking golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and fruity apple aroma. Taste is juicy apple, sweetness, abit watery, some apple skin and alittle tannin. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, lingering dry light tannic finish. OK.

Bottled@OMalleys, Vaasa. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is blue cheese abnd apples with some light notes of wood and earth. Flavour is wooden and quite sour. Not very exciting.
