Bottle- Pours a clear and very pale almost like water with only a very light yellow tint, carbonated with no head. A subdued tart apple aroma with not much else going on. Medium sweet clean taste, tart apple flavours, a little wood but not much else with a nice crisp finish.

330ml bottle from Leura Cellars. Pale yellow golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of woody pear, rubber, funk. Taste is pear, herby woody, earthy, rubber, barnyard. Spritzy carbonation, light bodied, medium to high carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Leura Cellars. Very pale yellow colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple. Taste is apple, fruity, slightly woody, bittersweet with light tannins. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, high carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
