33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #401, BBE 02/2021 Aroma has strawberries and some caramel malt. Flavour has caramel malt, bush leaves and herbs in the finish. Strawberries all the way, an unsuccessful brew but drinkable.

Smell of hops, spruce. Hazy golden colour, massive white head. Aroma of earth, overripe fruit, some orange. Medium bitter, medium sweet. Flat carbon.

Bottle from Jappp. Many thanks! Hazy amber colour, white foam. Rather grassy, some pine, caramel and bitter finish. Balance is good. Fine IPA.

33cl bottle from Viking XPRS. Pours slightly misty, deep golden with a white head. Mild grainy and herbal aroma with citrusy notes. Oranges becoming evident, but can't really find the licorice and lingonberries. 33cl bottle from Viking XPRS. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Mild grassy and malty aroma with slightly herbal notes. 33 cl bottle @ Lihaviha. Batch #399, BBE 02/2021 Atoma has mulled wine and berry juice. Flavour has berry juice, some maltiness and woody tones. Not a successful experiment, the cherries and pale ale do not mix up. Perhaps with less cherries?

33cl bottle from Viking XPRS. Pours slightly hazy deep golden to amber with a huge off-white head. Not a gusher, but high carbonation, close to fizzy mouthfeel. Need to be careful when pouring otherwise a gigantic head is trying to escape the glass. Ripe fruits and malt with mild herbal and grassy notes and hints of pine and yeast. Moderate to medium sweet with fruity flavours dominating, something in the area of ripe apricots - with a fairly pleasantly bitter finish. (Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 384 - BBE 09/2020, thanks Euphemos, 20200626) The beer poured golden deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, malts, bread, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent hoppy brew with strong malty notes.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Oranje-achtig troebel bier met stevig schuim. Aroma is hoppig. Smaak en nasmaak is bitter.
