Draught at Pumphouse, Sydney, on October 11, 2015.Clear pear juice color, small white head. Apple, fresh, very nice taste. Medium mouthfeel, low tartness. Warm apple scent.Can’t believe all the shitty "Rekorderlig" and "Sommersby" so called ciders importer from halfway around the world and sold in this country when they have amazing real ciders such as this to drink instead!

Draught middy size at The Royal Albert Hotel, Sydney, on October 11, 2015.Clear pear juice color, thin fizzy white head that settles fast. Apple, apple skin, apple juice, tiny core bitter taste. Medium mouthfeel, very light tart finish. Apple, sweet aftertaste. Apples, apple skin scent.

Has a nice sweet pear flavor with a medium tart roundness. Highly enjoyable. I wanted to snake more of this from my wife but she wasn’t allowing it.

(Bottle) Very clear pale gold / straw with no head. Subtle but pleasant apple aroma. Great mouthfeel with carbonation that is both bright and mouth filling. Flavour is apples all the way, starting with a pleasant tartness and some spicy hints, developing some sweetness in the mid palate before a fairly crisp finish. A very pleasant cider.

This Cider pours a clear pale golden color with rising columns of bubbles and a thin white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of apples and spices. Light-bodied with flavors of apples, mild spices and slight vinegar. The finish is fruity and dry with a mildly tart apple aftertaste. Above average overall.
