330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Yellowy golden colour with a fizzy white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple & a slight vinegar note. Taste is fruity apple, green apple, apple skin, tangy, citric and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK.
