375ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. 7.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple & barnyard. Taste is fruity apple, oak, vanilla, bittersweet with leathery funk and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, lightly tannic dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
