Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Martinus Smoked Porter ].Dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, smoke, meat, toasted - roasted, dark malt, light molassse. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, molasses, sweet malt, smoked, tobacco, dark fruit, raisin, tart berry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, medium to full sized white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish, light herbal / spices, quite yeasty. Average body, firm a bit fizzy carbonation. Meh, not very good afternoon all.
