33cl bottle. Silja Symphony.
Poured pitch black in color, espresso head.
Impressive. Lovely licorice notes on top of the roasted malty body. Light chocolate. Balanced, not burnt, not to sweet.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Mahogany colour, small head. Intensely caramelly nose with some dates and brandy. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Buterscotch and treacle, brandy and hay. Warming mid bitter finish.

440ml can bought at Alko, Kilpis. Shared with Finn. A bubbly white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass, hazy golden body. Moderate aromas of ripe citrus fruits. Hop fruity flavours, hints of lemon, grapefruits, and peaches. Mid-dry, rounded ending, a bitter note in the background. Fair enough. (Tromsø, 07.06.2025).
