(Can, 0.44l - BBE 16.11.2026, from Alko, 20260109) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and tan coloured. Aroma had burnt malts, dark fruits, pine and liquorice. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, pine, dark fruits, ash, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, ash and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew with sharp hop notes.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, small head. Peppery nose with red berries. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Peppery and grainy, fruity with some marzipan and port. Warming mid bitter finish.

On tap at Villi Wäinö, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a large beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, a touch of vanilla, and bready malt. Flavour is dry, with lots of bready malt, toasted bread, and a touch of vanilla. Very dry, with a bready finish. Good.

On tap at Villi Wäinö, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma has some resinous hops, light pine, and dry bready malt. Flavour is quite bitter, with lots of bitter pine, some resins, and bready malt. Bitter and yet pretty balanced. Good.

Smell of pale lager malt(?), some vanilla and molasses. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of ash, hops, roasted malt, vanilla. Also faint of mint. Deeply roasted flavour. Medium bitter, dry palate.

On tap at Kaisla, pours a cloud dark pinkish red with a medium beige head. Nose has plenty of blueberry skins, lacto, and some earthiness. Flavour is lightly tart, with tons of yogurty lacto, tart blueberry, and muffled earthiness. Below average even for a fruited kettle sour. Not good.

A black beer, a head is almost medium, thick and light brown. Aroma has roastiness and caramel, light chocolate, marzipan and glue. Taste has caramel and roastiness, the bitterness is drying. Full bodied, but not stickyness. In principle,there are all what is needed, but also some unpleasant nuancees, which are not fitting to overal feeling.
