Dorada, bastante limpia y con un dedo de espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma especiado, con notas de levadura belga, muy del estilo. En boca es equilibrada, con alcohol presente pero disimulado, tono predominante dulce, caramelo, y contrapunto especiado, cilantro, y notas de naranja. Gas punzante y cuerpo moderado. Final intenso y ahora sí más licorico.

Dorada mínimamente nebulosa de abundantes. Espuma blanca de baja retención. Aroma extraño como a bodega, con notas de uva. Tono ligeramente alcohólico, con algo se exceso de gas. Muy seca y notablemente amarga. Sabor agradable malteado y bastante especiado donde se hace muy patente el cilantro. Recuerdo a vino espumoso.

Bottle at home. One year old. As 8% ABV. Has a hazy orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of soap, herbs, apricot, lime grass and chlorine. Flavour of herbs, marzipan, soap, chlorine and bread. Some alcohol as well. Has a slick mouth feel, medium to full body and a medium bitterness. A strange one and very herbal.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity and minimally bready, wheaty malty aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of nectarine and wheat crisp bread, waxy overtones. Taste is wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and peppery, yeasty spicy, minimally diluted hints of apricot and mirabelle, a touch of black pepper. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. Nice alternative fruitiness (no banana), a bit overcarbonated - OK.

33cl bottle at a tasting 12.01.2024. Poured very dark brown in color. Roasted malty aromas, quite some licorice and stale coffee. Full bodied brew.
