Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Opague. Coffee, roasted malt, dark chocolate and a hint of smoke in the aroma. Somewhat fizzy. Roasted flavor, sweetish with chocolate and coffee. Soft smoky finish. Almost full bodied. Alcoholic. One of the best of Klein Duimpje so far.

Bottle. dark brown color. Caramel and rancid butter in the aroma. Full bodied. A sweetish, buttery caramelly mess. Bitter walnuts. Thick, yoghurt- like mouthfeel. A diacetyl bomb.

Bottle. Murky brown color. Smoked sausage and caramel in the aroma. Low on carbon. Malty sweet flavor, pear, hints of smoked sausage. The brewer probably could’n’t decide if this was to be a real rauchbier or just a pleasant, easy drinking lager. And this was the result. Lacks character.
