Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malty with caramel, yeasty notes, soft ripe fruits, and hints of orange. Flavour is medium sweet with a mild bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not bad per se, just another unremarkable Belgian style ale.

Bottle. Aroma is ripe tropical fruit, melon, touch of stone fruit. Hint of yeast, malt. Mild sweetish and bitter. Doesn't completely work.

Bottle from Bierboetiek De Zythotheek, Valkenburg. Aroma is peated whiskey with smoke, dark malt, roast, touch of chocolate. Flavour is fairly sweet with a mild bitterness. Medium body with high carbonation. Bit thin, sweet, strong peat/barrel.

Vrouwtje meegenomen uit Maastricht bij de stadsbrouwerij vandaan, ha eindelijk weer eens een smoked porter, goed rokerig aroma, beetje ham/bacon, maar ook peperig, goed te doen

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, auburn colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly toasty, chocolately and nutty, dark and caramel malty aroma, weak hoppy overtones, hints of nougat, dark caramel, a touch of milk chocolate. Taste is mildly bitter, minimally grassy-leafy hoppy, slightly toasty, chocolately and minimally nutty, dark and caramel malty, subtle residual sweetness, hints of nougat, milk chocolate. Watery texture, smooth palate, fine, soft carbonation. Some nice malty flavours, a tad watery though - OK.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, resettling, minimally lacing, white head. Zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, orange, tangerine, orange peel, lemon peel. Taste is citrusy fruity and zesty bitter hoppy, wheaty and pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, minimally funky yeasty and dusty yeasty overtones, hinst of orange, lemon, orange peel, lemon peel, very light citric tartness. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Refreshing, fruity - very nice.

Fles gekregen van Keukeman, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout, citrus en hout tonen. De smaak is vol, bloemig, kruidig, met tonen van hout en fruit.

Fles 5/24 uit de Beer in a Box adventskalender, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van citrus en hop. De smaak is fris citrus achtig met een lekkere hopbittere afdronk.
