Nice tropical NEIPA that doesn’t lean TOO heavy into the fruits.

Caramel malt, and hay aroma. Dark amber with large light tan head. Lightly sweet caramel malt and moderately bitter weedy hay flavor. Okay body.

Cheap can. Pour is big and black with a overwhelmingly big foamy tan head. Smells like cloying sweet heavy coffee. First swig is sweet coffee as well, nearly cloying but at least I can stomach it. I just can't get used to these pastry bomb beers, but I'll tick 'em, if they're cheap enough. This one is causing a warming sensation down the gullet, reminds me a little of that black coffee and whisky that grampa used to drink. He'd let me sip it infrequently. Only thing is, his wasn't sweet like this bastard. Middle is difficult, quite one sided with all this sugar in there. Vanilla adds a tone of sweetness as well. Hardly any carbonation in this baby. Terribly vile foul and abominable. JMHO. Finish is rude, churlish, spiteful, malicious, mean-spirited and somewhat ill-tempered. Are these pastry bombs really a beer? Not sure, Whew.

The sixth of twenty-one beers for our 11th wedding anniversary. Orchída's. Four years aged. Lightly cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- coffee, dark chocolate, pralines, coffee, chocolate bar with caramel. FLAVOR- fluffy, creamy, velvety, quite sweet, moderately bitter, chocolate, cocoa and coffee, cappuccino, touch of liquor. Full bodied. Pleasant surprise. Great.

3$ can at market district. A rip off. Smell is a little bit of coffee on a lager beer. Not sure why coffee is not a flavored beer, it says cream ale here on the RB description, not true, this has nothing to do with cream ale, JMHO. Its a flavored brew. This stuff is coffee caffeine spiked, its not yer regular old cream ale fer sher. After the pale clear pour, the eye sees a big frothy head. And the taste is certainly coffee up front, what else would you expect considering the name. I was at least hoping for a dark brew but hey, good old brewdog is out to make money, out to make as many beer as possible, whether they are well made or not. Just another company out to profit off the the craft beer craze, and they are good at it. This finishes with a big coffee impact and just a little bit of beer in there. There, you have it. What else can be said. The BD are experts at squirting out an unlimited number of beers and styles, with different names for the unsuspecting. Some of them are the same recipe, just rebranded. Yes, that's how you do it Mr Soros.
