Can from Tick Beer who have stopped online sales now I think. This one had been hanging around the fridge a while and is past BBE. Opened lively with big foamy head and clear dark gold body. Aroma is malty with floral and hay notes. Taste has more to it with a fruity resinous quality, liquorice, spice as well as grassy and floral notes, moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied, frothy carbonation. Well brewed tasty golden ale/IPA hybrid beer.

Cask at Doncaster Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Amber gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of malty toffee aroma. Taste is malty, biscuity, toffee with cardboardy notes and light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry finish. OK

7/6/2019. Cask at the 28th Doncaster Beer Festival. Pours dark gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, biscuit and hubba bubba bubble gum. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
