700ml bottle at home. 01/2020. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells apples, earthy, grassy, bit leathery, quince. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes quince, apples, earthy, prickly, grassy. finishes bubbly and lightly dry with notes of quince, apples and earthy notes. very good one, quince are pretty prominent. nice balance, rather bubbly

9/6/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy very pale yellow gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of quite sweet apples, vanilla, flowers, leather and candy. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness, with a salty edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, bittersweet, light tart, carbonated finish. Slightly curious one, not bad.

700ml bottle from Pilango online. Hazy yellow colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple & quince. Taste is sweetish, acidic, apple, fleshy, with tart quince notes and some leathery funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart finish. Quite drinkable.
