Tap at öu, Kuressaare. Pours amber with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is juniper, sweet, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, juniper, malt. Finish is dry-citric bitter and juniper. Overall: solid drink. This is maybe an overrate, but weather is hot and it’s cold and it’s beer (+i like juniper), so....

Bottled 330ml (BB 08/2017, Uba ja Humal)
Dark amber-red color, good off-white head, active foam trying to escape from the bottle. Sweetish resiny spruce aroma. Caramel, sweet berry jam flavor, spruce, pine. Odd. Too much sweet berryness for my liking. Probably yeast doing tricks.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with a modest, but lasting off-white head. Nice spruce on the nose. Fairly malty aroma with caramel and solid notes of spruce and hint of fruits. Medium to moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity, dominated by spruce. Finishes a bit dry and spicy.

Bottle, batch 1 (from UJH). Pours dark amber with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, spruce, herbs. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, citrus, caramel, spruce, some herbs. Finish is sweet and spruce. Overall: solid, would prefer bit less sweetness.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a foamy head. Pine, grapefruit and peach in the aroma. Hoppy and fruity taste with grapefruit, pine, peach, lemon zest and marmalade detected.
