Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma is herbs, toffee, mild ginger as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is very similar, and the ginger is coming in quite smoothly to it. Mellow ginger, which makes this quite drinkable.

Bottle [from Secret Santa Europe thanks to FatPhil] @ home. Very hazy orange color, average to medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, hops, tangerine. Taste malts, hops, tangerine, a slight fruitpeel tart bitter finish. Decent body, firm carbonation. Ok beer.

BOTTLE at Porgu. Smells slightly malty and hoppy - a but if citrus and more spruce tips and pine, maybe a but of mint and rotten fruit. Taste: juicy caramel malts, strong piney bitterness with a little bit of alcohol hardness in the finish. Smooth body. Good and untraditional.

33cl bottle from Pothouse, Tallinn. Pours close to pitch black with a fairly dense, beige head. Hmmm, smells like raspberries!? Aroma reminds me of some kind of dark chocolate with raspberries. Surprisingly fruity, and not so much of the roasted notes. Moderate sweet with a fairly noticable acidity and mostly red berries and chocolate in the flavour. Carbonation is slightly on the fizzy side, but not too annoying. Definitely different from what I expected, and maybe not quite as intended, but fairly tasty in the end anyway. 33cl bottle from Pothouse, Tallinn. Pours close to clear amber with a huge, off-white head. Nice ginger smell when I open the bottle. Aroma is certainly dominated by ginger, with notes of citrus and hints of malt. Moderate sweet with nice ginger flavour, well balanced, tasty and enjoyable. Nice one!
