Description
In 2017, Eric Krill-Chae registered BrewBoyz. In October 2017, the 5 hl brewing installation was delivered and in November 2017, a test brewing could take place.
As of January 1, 2019, BrewBoyz will continue as Brouwerij Utrecht. Initially, Brouwerij Utrecht was intended to be a brewery rental company for batches of 500 liters - 1000 liters (or more), but soon its own beers followed under the name Brouwerij Utrecht.
In 2020, the main name will be Brouwerij Nederland. Beers are marketed under various brewery names, such as Brouwerij Utrecht, Brouwerij Amsterdam, Brouwerij Rotterdam...
Our mission: Brewing accessible craft beer, both in price and taste, so that many people can simply enjoy it, at any time, in moderation...

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty and lightly hoppy. Taste: Some floral hop, malty, bit grainy and yeasty, light hints of butter. Medium body, just under average carbonation. No IPA in my opinion. No good either. Brewed on behalf of De Kaasfebriek, according to the label. If I was De Kaasfabriek I would stop this immediately. So many better beers to get!

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, slightly roasty, dark and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark caramel, some treacle and coffee. Taste is roasty dark malty, slightly sweet caramel malty, notes of coffee, sugared mocha, dark caramel, almost ashy, roasty partitions; lingering, roasty finish. Oily texture, dry, nevertheless minimally cloying palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice roasty, coffee flavours, but lacks some body for more intensity thereof, minimally overcarbonated - can't naturally keep up with big Impy Stouts, but is solid middle class.
