Draft @ Ermitage Taproom. Cuivrée/brun, col beige café au lait. Arôme est malté, caramel, grillé sur une petite touche de moka de café froid pressé et léger biscuité. Amertume houblonné arrive en rétro avec un bon résineux et agrumes. Palais est malté grillé, petite touche de réglisse, caramel, pointe de café ponctué par une belle balance houblonnée agrumes, résineux avec du pamplemousse en fin de bouche.

01/12/2017 - draught glass @ L'Ermitage tasting room. Hazy light yellow, big creamy white head. Nose is bitterhops, citrus, some yeast. Taste is bitter, some citrus, spicy yeast.
