RBESG 2017, Grand Tasting, sampled on July 22, 2017.From bottle 75 cl at 4.5%.Slight hazy very pale straw yellow color, small white head. Sweet, apple, cinnamon, apple peel scent. Sweet, apple, cinnamon taste. Apple, cinnamon aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, slight slight tart finish.7/2/7/3/14=3.3

(Sample from a bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting) The cider poured pale golden and clear. Aroma had cinnamon and apples. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, cinnamon and sweetness. Aftertaste was apple pie. An easily drinkable spiced cider.

Bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting. Clear very pale yellow color, still. Floral perfume apple and cinnamon aroma. Taste is sweet apple flesh, cinnamon and sulphur. Refreshing.

7 3 6 3 13 Bottle shared at RBESG Grand Tasting ’17 at Sori brewery. Clear very pale golden with no head. Aroma of cinnamon, red apples, green apples and light woody notes. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Sweetish juicy beginning. Not very deep, more juice than wine, highly drinkable but for me too unfermented.
