Smell of hops, spruce. Muddy amber colour, very high white head. Aroma of spruce, grass, some grapefruit, a faint of earth. Some typical house flavours here.. Medium bitter. Nonsurprising.

Smell of hops, mango. Greyish muddy amber colour, high white head. Aroma of citrus, spruce, some raw berries and some soapy notes. Flavour is more of a barbed IPA than New England style. Lively carbon. Very bitter. Meh.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rough, dissipating light brown head. Nose has sweet roast, but also a little sweaty feet and manure. Rich body, flat, salty licorice, heavy roast, soy sauce, hardly any hops. A very rough Imperial Stout, like Czar era Britain - not that I lived back then! 200219

Bottle 33 cl. Pours almost crystal with a vague, slightly hazy yellowish note and a small, white head. Fruity, flowery honey aroma. Kinda light in body, very fizzy, dry and slightly tart honey accents - a little minty even. But a different and modern take on a mead. 190219

Bottle 33 cl. Vintage 2017. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense, off-white head. Sweet, overripe, oxidized fruit in the nose - vitamin like. Rich body, again these minerally vitamin notes, oxidized fruit and caramel with a fairly bitter finish. Too hoppy to be really welcoming. And not complex enough to be really pleasant. 210119

0,33l bottle from Pien Christmas calendar. Orange beer pours hugely with white cloudy head. Aroma has huge exotic fruits on it. Taste is lame compared to aroma. It has some malts and fruits, but overall it's little bit watery though.
