Description

Bit cloudy orange beer, creamy stable white head. Aroma: wood, fruity, dairy touch, quite some yeas, citrus, grapefruit, touch of paint of dissolvant (nail polish remover), spices. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citric start, some malts, candi sugar and sweet alcohol, lots of spices and herbs towards the end. Aftertaste: some citrus, yeast, fruity, pears, some yeast.

A little, very carbonated clear golden beer, metallic, under a towering mass of dense, fine white foam, agitating as if alive. Dough-spicy, white candi sugar apertly traceable and some definite other grains; once the towering head has diminished somewhat, the spicy odours get more outspoken, sharper. Spicy and faint citurszeste, again dough flavour, white candi sugar. Coriander outspoken in the finish. Very lively carbonation; medium bodied at best, bit sticky finish. A spicy tripeL Yeah, indeed - so what?
