Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Color: pitch black, opaque. Huge brown head. Smell some sourness, roastyness and fruits. Taste alcohol, sour, roasty, coffee. No carbo, low body.

Draft @ Borefts Festival 2011, Bodegraven NL. Pitch black with a huge brownish head. Smells sugar, but also sour fruits. Tastes coffee, sour and roasty. No carbo, medium body.

Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of cold coffee and green vegetables with a touch of chocolate. Dry and slightly tart chocolate flavour with weak brett-like funk and strong (bitter) cold coffee.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, September 2011. Pours black with a small creamy head. Nose is cherries, brett and coffee roast. Tart and roasted flavor. Coffee beans and heavy ashes.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival, 2011. Pours cloudy amber orange with a small creamy head. White wine and a scent of berries. Smooth, dry, funky and very fresh. Tasty!

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival, 2011. Pours ruby copper with a small off white head. Tart and almondy nose and flavor. Barnyard and a bit of caramel and cherries. Smooth and dry. I could have been without the almond and "eggy" touches.

On tap at Boreft Beer Festival, De Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands, 24.09.11 Pours rich red, clear with some sourness. On the nose are cherries and grapes these also show instantly in the mouth, tart and tangy and smooth and easier drinking than expected. I liked this. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Draft courtesy of LoverBeer at BBF 2011. Almost black, brown head. Taste is sour chocolate covered plums. Aroma is summer fruit dipped in coffee. Good stuff.
