Bottle, 650 ml shared with Max, Miro b and Miro. Black with beige head. Chocolate, cocoa, smores, vanilla medium sweetness. Medium bodied. Thicker finish and more complexity would be nicer but very nice nevertheless.

Can 355ml (Beerdome)
Opaque colour, small beige head. Toasted malts, syrup, heavy on hazelnut/maple syrup. Medium-bodied. Toasted flavour with vanilla, hazelnut and toffee. Interesting but small can is smore than enough.

Deep beautiful orange and almost plum coloured body with a hint of pink and ruby orange tints when held to a light, all with a super-fast-dying off-white head that fades to nothing after starting off at just a centimetre or so tall. Aroma of yeast, funky kettle soured notes with tart fruits like raspberries, strawberries, raisins, apples and yes - plums with more of a sweet scent towards the end with a light dose of wheat noticeable as well. Light-bodied; Strong soured and tart flavour throughout with a lot of fruits throughout with a ton of plum and apricot notes, a dash of funky brett and lactobilly flavours with some light sweetness at the end and a bigger hit of berries and yeast than anything else - in a good way that makes this very easy-drinking, soured, tart and complex. Aftertaste is tart and enjoyable with a light wheat and yeast note with the funky/soured qualities, but showing a touch of brine like a gose with way more fruit characteristics. Overall, a very nice fruited berliner weisse that almost proves why it's so great to brew beer in the USA - to take advantage of styles around the world and apply additional ingredients that aren't allowed in Germany. This works nicely and is well-recommended for those who can find it! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 19-April-2019 for US$2,84 sampled at home in Washington on 25-March-2020.

$1.34 Can from TJ's Cho. Murky gold with a large yellowish-tinted head. Slightly sour citrus in the nose, mostly orange. Flavor is orange peel, grapefruit, floral hops, light caramel malt. Pretty good... best buck thirty-four I've spent on a beer in quite awhile.

Bottle purchased from my local Trader Joes. $3.99! Great price point for an okay beer. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a medium sized brown head. Aroma was a lot of hot chocolate powder, cream. Roasted malts, hot chocolate with marshmallows. Alcohol is just about right too. A touch sweet and there's a very light artificial note to it, but like the other one I had along with this one, that price point is no joke.

Bottle purchased from my local Trader Joes. $3.99! Great price point for an okay beer. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a medium sized brown head. Aroma was a lot of chocolate, cream. Roasted malts, chocolate cake frosting. Alcohol is just about right too. A touch sweet and there's a very light artificial note to it, but man, that price point is no joke, it's more palatable than one of my local breweries that pumps out beers similar to what this one was going for.
