Can at Brewdog Berlin, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, grass, melon, light floral trace. Taste comprises sweet malts, pine needle, ripe citric peel, grass, melon, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking DIPA but lower mid tier for the style.

Pours dark, rather unclear brown. No real head. Smell is full, peppery. Taste is sharp, pepper ( not to hot though). Tad sweet, very distant notes of chocolate. Relatively thin bodied. Médium carbo.

Can: Pale, very hazy yellow with a tall, craggy white head. Lemon, white grape aroma. Taste is dry citrus, lemon, grapefruit, white grapes. Moderate citrus-peel bitter. Drinks lightly......grows more sweet as it warms.....pretty good.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Brookfield 9/24/19. Murky amber, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of resin, dank, grain. Taste is lemon, earth, dank, grain. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, moderate carb. No booziness. Seems raw but it's good.

Super hazy golden and peach coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head that leaves a pretty ugly lace. Aroma of grass, hay, citrus fruits, light grain and a dash of alcohol, as well as some subdued and non-bittering hops. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy bite at first with a very dry and floral profile with some nice malts, a pleasant malt backbone and a touch of alcohol noticeable at the very end. Aftertaste shows the nice hops throughout with a lot of grass and herbal qualities at the end, but a smooth hop profile while being quite fruity with a little sweetness and some alcohol as well. Overall, a very nice rich IPA that is on the hazy side of things (unfiltered) and leaves more of the flavours from the individual hop components than the bitterness they provide. Nice to sample and well recommended if you can find it and have it fresh! sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 19-April-2019 for US$2,84, sampled at home in Washington on 23-September-2019.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Brookfield, 9/18/19. Murky orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of resin, tropical fruit, pale malt. Taste is resin, dank, earth, potato, tropical fruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Solid.

Can 355ml (Beerdome, canned 10th Apr 2019) Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head. Citrus, orange in the nose. Feels oldish. Medium-bodied. Orange, citrus, some apricot, quite fruity flavour, some maltyness too. This is should be freshier. Now just ok.

Quite hazy deep rose, pink and especially purple coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of light brett, some subdued wheat and yeast and a heavier hand of the fruits, with some dry pomegranate, some cherries and mostly cranberry notes. Light-bodied; Strong dry fruit notes at first with a lot of wheat and softer yeast noticeable towards the finish with some light sweetness, a dash of tart and soured fruit, but this is all about the dry wheatie, grass notes. Aftertaste shows the fruits somewhat, but a lot of the dry malt, and while this is a bit more pungent, the beer remains very easy to drink and soft, especially on the edges. Overall, a fruit-forward beer, especially at the beginning, but showing more dry and biscuity malt notes that couple with the wheat and dry yeast that lead to a nicely packed and smooth, fruit-finish and easy drinking throughout, especially during the summer. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Trader Joe's in Falls Church (Bailey's Crossroads), Virginia on 14-September-2018 for US$3,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 30-June-2019.
