Keg at Progr, Bern. Never heard of an Irish pale ale and yet it tasted how you might imagine such a style would. This kind of mature red ale mixed with gentle Anglo Hoppy profile. Decent.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy deep golden, mid sized head. Rich tangerine aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

0.33l bottle (#110) in bern. pours a cloudy deep chestnut brown with a small head and some sediment. aroma of toasted malts, spruce, walnuts, a hint of chocolate. flavour of cocoa beans, biscuit, nuts, some oak. medium to full body, smooth, nutty, easily drinkable considering the abv.

0.48l flip-top bottle (#109) in bern, as "schuum bock", 7.4% abv. pours a hazy pale amber with a dense head. modest aroma of hay, quite light and clean, no alcoholic notes. flavour of malts, biscuit, butter, hay, lemon zest, oily mouthfeel, little bitterness. alcohol is well hidden. nice, if not very aromatic (as expected from a bock).
