Opaque and very pale. Has a pineapple hop nose with light citrus and a bit of yeastiness. On the palate, fairly clean pomelo, lemon and gooseberry hop notes, with a mellow pale malt character.

Cloudy, pale, no head...the latter makes it look kinda questionable. Tart, vague fruitiness and lactic..but veers towards some off notes, just a little. And the issue is really that there’s nothing else going on to make me ignore those off notes.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Murky yellow color with no head. The aroma is sour, lemony, but also doughy (not positive). Very acidic but drinkable, apparent sweetness, lemon character, not much complexity, and some bread dough again.
Pleasant, in small quantities, but a randomly brewed Sour with not much experience.

On tap at Callister, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out very pleasant notes wood, lacto and a general wild yeast character. Flavour brings out heavy lacto notes upfront, followed by fairly tart stone fruitiness and light wood. Fairly light tartness overall that is a little more biting on the finish. Nicely constructed, easy going, yet assertive low ABV sour. Good stuff.

After one week, it’s clearly more dank, more piney, aggressive, more complete. It drinks better.

Murky blond color. As expected it has a very juicy aroma, fresh, peach, tangerine. Bone dry mouthfeel, light malt base that becomes a bit astringent in the final, and fresh juicy hopping, citrusy, then piney in the final.
Excellent.

Super cloudy and very pale. Looks like it’s still fermenting. Aroma is really yeasty and green, with abundant fruity dry-hopping. It’s quite yeasty...with a touch of fruity hop. But it’s yeasty as all hell.
