(tap) bright medium amber colour with a small tan head; peculiar aroma - citrus and something that reminds me of fresh crushed weeds/herbs of some sort; mostly dry flavour with a long medium bitter finish

Bomber from Imbibe Wine. Nose is vanilla, maple oatmeal, woody oak, and a hint of bourbon; no coffee or chocolate makes it very interesting. Black with brown edges and a medium, lightly lacing, cinnamon tan head. Flavor is lightly sweet, a hint of bitter, with lots of vanilla and a hint of smoky char.

Bottle thanks to Santa! Pours a clear gold with a touch of amber and a white head that lasts and laces. Aroma has notes of bread and biscuit with a touch of light fruit and a bit of grass. Flavor has more of a light grain note with a bit of light citrus, some grass and a touch of sweetness.

22 oz bottle capped and waxed from Imbibe Wine. Nose is citrus, caramel with notes of light pines and nuts. Clear amber with a medium beige head that laced lightly. Flavor is moderately bitter with a caramel nut background. Too bad it was at least partially barrel aged.

From bottle to glass. Citrus dominates with a moderate spice support. Pours a golden amber, is clear and supports a white head that remains long as a full collar and a dusting across the top. Taste of citrus, lemon and spice with a semi-dry finish. This is tasty.

On draught. Restrained but balanced floral and citrus hops. Clear deep orange with full white head that laces down the glass. Hop flavor is balanced towards pine with citrus support. Moderate high bitterness. Moderate low biscuit malt. This is an IPA that is restrained and reigned in - but pretty nice!

Draft - Clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, Clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Some malts but mainly spices that are overwhelming. This is another spiced winter beer that has no place being there.
