(On tap) Hazy, pale golden with a small, white head. Extremely unusual and rather complex aroma of Brettomyces and coconut. Rather light-bodied without any real maltiness. The Brett-character disappears in the flavour only leaving a slight tartness and leaving room for the coconut accents. Unusual but actually rather interesting. But is that Brett really intended? 240706

An unclear red beer with a huge pink head. The aroma is of almond and cherries, and the flavor is sweet with notes of almond, cherries, and wheat. Too sweet and too much almond for my taste.

(On tap) Hazy orangey red with a creamy, slightly pink head leaving laces. Distinct cherry aroma - but somewhat artificial perhaps. Medium body, completely dominated by strange fruity notes - a weird blend of Hubba Bubba and something almost medicinal. Light sweetness and absolutely no bitterness. 200506

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear deep golden, brief head. Distinct vanilla aroma. Sweet and rounded with medium-full body and a dash of orange. Some estery raspberries. Grass/licorice-like hoppiness make up the finish.

On tap. Very strange beer but I actually liked it maybe because served om terrase on a hot may-day. Pink!!!! head, mostly lasting. Light yeasty and hoppy aroma, very much cherry. Also cherry-notes in flavor, and quite bitter allthough it is a weissbeer. Nice oily palate.

On tab. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Nice clear brown colour. Roasted malty chocolate aroma, but a bit week. Moderat bitter!!! Average finish, but way too soft carbonated, almost flat.

(On tap) Hazy pink with a small almost chemically white head. Distinct berry fruitiness in the nose. Light-bodied with a rather heavy carbonation and a slightly sulphurous edge. Distinct blueberry accents - juice? Pulp? Slightly acidic with only a discreet, underlying sweetness. Overwhelmingly dry and actually quite quenching. 140306

(On tap) Beautiful clear, reddish brown with a creamy, beige head leaving laces. Rather weak aroma - perhaps with a wee touch of caramel. Medium body with a solid, malty character. I don’t really sense the added maple syrup though - the yeast probably chewed it all up. Distinct bittering hops in the finish. Solid but unspectacular. Would have loved some juicier malts. 140306

A deep red beer with a slight hazy under an OK beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of cowberries and light metal - not unpleasant, and probably from the alcohol. The flavor is sweet and very malty, combined with light notes of berries, that gets strong towards the end, where light notes of wood and burnt malt also sets in together with ligth alcohol notes, which makes the end quite dry. There is something in the aftertaste that bothers me, but I can’t describe it with words - but maybe it is the acidity and slight grapefruit note (my guess is it is from the hops), that You usually don’t find in a Bock. This is not a bad beer - nut neither good.
