6/5/2020. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours dark brown with a lasting creamy off-white to beige head. Aroma is roasted, chocolate, toffee, coffee, fruity and a little nutty. Moderate sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, texture is quite creamy with average carbonation. Roasty and traditional. Slightly dry and ashy to finish. Decent brew.

6/5/2020. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours golden amber with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity, orange, slightly spicy and hoppy, herbal, grassy and earthy. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body. Some buttery caramel comes through but doesn't diminish it. Not as good as the Titans which I had earlier, but still decent and tasty, good work for it's modest abv.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, fluffy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity and slightly leafy, hoppy aroma, hints of mango, yellow stone fruit, some pine, pale and caramel malty background with an almond touch. Taste is minimally sugary, pale and caramel malty, slightly bitter, fruity hoppy, hints of mango, yellow stone fruit, a sweaty, resinous touch, leafy overtones. Slightly disharmonious, unintegrated; also sporting several minimally unpleasant features, e.g. the sugary touch, the hints of almond, the leafy aspects. So-so.
