Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy red with airy pinkish beige head. Clear aroma of cranberries, with touches of malt and yeast. Dry aroma of cranberries, with dusty touches and notes of yeast, and malty hints. Dry, berrylike finish. A well-balanced, tasty, and unpretentious sour, if a bit tame.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a loose white head; bready citrus aroma; lemony taste with a grainy body; than a strangely sour finish that wakens the tastebuds. Interesting.

On tap at Cafe Sara. It's an almost clear golden colored beer topped by a creamy finger-thick off-white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is generically fruity, with some apple and orange, a grassy note, some white sugar and pale malts, and whiffs of pepper and yeast. It's medium bodied, smooth and lightly warming on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Fruity flavor with some white sugar notes. Peppery, herbal and faintly yeast hints too, and a light bready maltyness in the far back. Lasting fruity and lightly vinous finish. Tasteful and pleasant. 190608
