Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.
The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. A hazy pale amber pour with a ring of white head; definitely an aroma of peanut butter; and a sweet peanut butter taste with a lactic body, a slight bitterness; and lingering peanut butter. Possibly a well made and unusual beer, but it might as well be made with marmite, because people will either love it or hate it - I'm one of the latter.

Can from O'Brien's, Athlone [080518]
Orange, very hazy, frothy white head
Aroma of sweet citrus fruits, tropical fruits, orange, light spicy earthy hops in backgroud, light sweet pale malt
Taste - Spicy hops, soft citrus, some grassy hops, taste less fruity than nose
Palate - Medium carb and body, bit over fizzy, quite smooth from the oats, hint of alcohol. Finish is quite dry, soft bitter, bitter chalky, grassy zest linger
Overall - OK, taste not as good as aroma, bit rough hewn

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Hazy golden-blonde, mildly dirty-hoppy taste. Has a more stated hoppy-floralness in its nose, and citrus is apparent.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Hazy light golden with a head. It's a noticeably hoppy sour, but still maintaining a decent acidic sourness. It's fairly dry tasting.

Keg at the Craft Beer Shop, Chalfont, 01/08/18. Hazed vibrant, Iron-Bru esque, orange with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet tropical fruits, artifical edge, sweet melon, papaya, mango. Taste comprises lychee, peach, mango, papaya, nectarine, Um Bongo. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Just too sweet and lacking balance. Miss. A third became a chore after a few sips.

Tap at Nags Head, 28th July 18. Pours an orange see through juice, no carbonation, not sure if this is intentional or poor beer keeping. Aroma is slight sour, taste is sour, salty, some bitter citrus. It's OK, but needed some carbonation to lift it.
