Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.
The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Bottle at home. Pours strawberry pink with a white head. Aroma is perfumed, floral, strawberry syrup. Taste is dry, smooth, bitter sweet, floral, light lactose, then the strawberries coming through. Medium bodied, moderate carb. Long dryish fruity finish. A wee bit synthetic for me

F: thin, white, very quick gone. C: gold, hazy, bit murky. A: malty, bit lemon, rainwater, bit orange, hint of tropical fruits. T: malty, bit orange, mineral, hint of lemon, dry fruity on the palate, bit lemon peels, I don’t taste the coconut here and expected some kind of IPA not this, not very enjoyable, medium body with low carbonation, 33cl can from Malting pot in Brussels.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Loft. Orange, hazy, little white head. Nose is sweet soapy tropical fruit, mango hop. Taste is however way too much soap for me, tropical fruit soap, bit sweet, low milky. Milky soapy & juicy body. Shame but quaffable.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Loft. Black, dark brown. Nose is very heavy coffee in a very vegetable way, bark & liquorice. Taste is interesting, heavy bark, candy, plastic, smoked meat, gravy but in the end too gravy & soap for me, plant heavy. Thick almost umami. Interesting but not fully my thing.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Loft. Dark brown to black. Nose is thick pine resin goop with some bitter brambleberry jam, grapefruit peel. Taste is bit too sweet, very heavy on bit sweet dark bread, malt goop, almost caramel, rye bread ,there is still pine, grapefruit peel but that malt thing dominates still quite nice beer. Quite enjoyable.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Loft. Clear orange & zero head. Nose is bit sweet orange, caramel. Taste is too sweet, weird sweet candy, strangely sweet, tropical fruit is here but sweet, mango syrup. Too sugary & sweet for what it should be, seems like they unintentionally amped the sweetness trying to hit this ABV.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Loft. Low hazy golden, white bubbles. Nose is very nice mango, litchi, white grape, lovely fruit with some fruit sweetness, oily,… Taste is a bit less impressive too doughy, bit sweet white grape, litchi, touch soapy but still okay tropical fruit APA. Body is soft carb, oily some fruit sweet. Smell beats taste but taste is okay feels like cask might have suited it a bit better.
