330ml Can - Hazy amber with a small head. Pine, mango, grapefruit and some slightly earthy notes. Hoppy, tangy and moderately sweet taste with dried apricot, grapefruit, caramel and sultanas. Nice but a bit sweet and cloying after a while.

330ml can on 24th July 2017: Shrewsbury monthly beer share in Chez Sophie, thanks Mike for this little offering. Amber/golden pour, good depth of off-white foam on my glass which hung around. Fruity, piney and at times ’dank’ in it’s hop nature. One for the hop heads more than ’the elite’ in my opinion. Liked it though.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 31/07/2017. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour fine white head. Aroma is sweet apple, jammy, sugary apple. Flavour is composed tangy apple Jolly ranger. Plate is tangy, slate, salty, tangy apple.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Danny. Pours mostly clear orange with a small, creamy topping. The nose has light funk, orange, dough, lemon, pineapple. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, nips of lemon, tangerine, wheat flakes, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly tangy finish, with more wheat flakes, citrus peel. Not bad.

Can from the Mill, Cambridge. Mid- to dark gold, mostly clear with plentiful visible carbonation. The large loose white head duly dissipates to a thinner and more manageable layer. Aroma is full of orange and vanilla, so no surprises there. It’s got a bit of an artificial note, like fruit-flavoured cream, but I still dig it. Taste. Whoa. Sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet. Now, I love sweet beers so I love this, but a warning to those out there: this is the sweetest beer I’ve had in many months. More citrus, whipped cream and meringue in the aftertaste. It’s a great end-of-the-night beer.

330ml can, 6.0 % abv, bought at Ale House in Chelmsford. Firm white head, spotty lacing to the glassware, cloudy golden body. Modest tropical fruity aroma, half-dry. Tropical fruity taste blended with tea-like hops. Fruity hoppy ending with smooth bitterness. Medium bodied. Tasty and refreshing. (Shared with Finn, Tromsø 26.07.2017).

Keg at RS HW, 29/07/17. Pale golden with a decent off white head. Nose is airy malts, orange squash, toasted bread, grains, melon. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, bread dough, peach, toasted grains, straw, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Ok but never really gets out of 2nd gear ... a touch subdued.

Bottle from Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon, consumed at home cooking a Picadillo (Mexican Chilli) Sunday 30th July 2017. Pours gold, light haziness. Dusty dry hoppiness in the mouth, tropical fruits on the nose, I agree with lychee. Fruity in the mouth, really very pleasant however keep returning to the slight dusty hops, this is my only disappointment otherwise a nice beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
