Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.

The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Dark amber with a thinnish head. Its lemongrass is light and creates a subtle sourness in its taste, and a powerful heavy one in its texture. Has a grainy nose.

Keg tap at the Cambridge Blue. Colour is bluish purple, cloudy with a tiny layer of off-white head. Smells of blueberry juice with light touches of Merlot. Gentle tart taste: blueberry sweetness balances but there’s an agreeably light sourness which rests on the tongue. Slightly short finish with the ghosts of berry and oak floating on the aftertaste. Carbonation is heavy but not aggressive. Understated yet reasonably complex.
