Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.
The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Cask hand pull at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A hazed dull orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is off, bile, vomit, pale grains orange. Flavour is composed of sweet sweaty wheaty grains, banana and orange. Palate is flabby, grainy, lowish carbonation. Meh, terrible. Did not finish a half..

330ml Can - Black with a foamy head. Coconut, lime and hints of vanilla in the aroma. The taste is mostly quite roasted with notes of coconut and coffee but the lime notes are certainly noticeable.

Can at a tasting. Quite tasty. Moderate body, but malt in the backbone. Moderate carbonation. Fruity hops character is in the center of the character. Easy drinking. Good one.

Can from Utobeer. Sweet juicy aroma - rhubarb and raspberry. Blood orange soda in colour - a pinky red. Hazy. Scant white head. Sour (but not enough to turn my mouth into a cat’s bum), with an almost salty edge. Cutting rhubarb. Acidic. Refreshing. Light bodied. Some slickness. Prevelant carbonation. Dry if relatively abrupt finish. Extremely enjoyable. Could forget it was alcoholic.
