Tap at Za Rohom. Slightly hazy dark red-amber body. Off-white head, big, fairly lasting. Lovely peachy stone fruit aroma, light caramelly maltiness. Lean, dryish taste, red orange, tangerine, bit earthy, caramelly, mild bitterness. Quite flavorful, nice!

On tap at Bratislavka, Bratislava. Shared with Ogi. Hazy orange, small lasting off-white head. Intense zesty, lemony, orange, juicy. Overwhelming. Lightly fruity and malty. Tart, lightly astringent orange peel flavour. Candy, juicy. Some bitterness. Moderately lasting finish.

Was es mit diesem Namen auf sich hat, konnte ich leider nicht herausfinden. Das Getränk 🍻 ist jedenfalls ein leichtes Sauerbier, das mit Himbeeren 🌸 versetzt wurde. Dabei ist es recht unauffällig und doch angenehm erfrischend. Nicht schlecht, aber ihne wirkliches Alleinstellungsmerkmal unter inzwischen Ummengen von fruchtigen Sauerbieren, ist es halt eines von vielen. Das sagt aber nichts über die wirklich gute Qualität des Bieres aus.

Ein weiteres neues, interessantes Bier am Craftbier-Fest (CBF) Wien im Frühjahr 2024. Beim ersten Blick auf die Karte rechnete ich tatsächlich mit einem Bier mit Calamari -Geschmack 🦑, es stellte sich dann aber schnell raus dass Calamansi, kleine Orangen 🍊 handelt, welche besonders in Südostasien ser beliebt sind. Es ist ein spritziges IPA, das nett zu trinken ist, da es nicht zu bitter ist. Dazu kommt ein schönes Aroma nach Orangenzeste und Limettensaft. So ist es eher sauer ohne zu bitter zu sein. Durchaus interessant und erfrischend.

Tap at Brustok 2024. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Citric and resinous dry aroma, quite okay. Sweetish, lightly drily caramelly taste, resin, mild citrus notes, bitter finish... Classic, simple WC IPA.

Tap at Winter Affair. Golden body, white head. Woody aroma, lovely tangerine notes, quite pleasant. Somehow hoppy-seeming taste, coconut, some Sorachi-like notes, bit woody, some citrus, fairly tart. All in all, a fun experiment!

Can. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of citrus hops, light coconuts, pineapples, floral notes, kveik yeast. Taste is hop centered with grapefruits, pineapples, cereals, kveik yeast. I would prefer that yeast would be less pronounced, still enjoyable.

Tap at Zil verne. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Low sweetness, med-high bitterness. Moderate oxidation, progressing quickly, but already present in pour, evidenced by the caramelly colour, and light caramelly maltiness. Hops character is rather neutral, med-light general fruitiness, berries. Staleish. Not the best beer here. Med-light diacetyl too. Average.
