Can via 100 piv. Rather thin body, med-low carbonation, could use more bubbles. Otherwise a pretty solid, easy drinking session beer. Med-low bitterness, light sweetness. Malt in the background, medium zesty citrusy grassy hops character. Light oxidation. Overall good.

Bottle #3. Fruity sour aroma and taste, raspberries, barrel wooden notes, red wine, light sweet and bitter. Full body, malty fruity bitter sweet fiish. Good.

Bottled 750ml. -at RBESG 2023 Grand Tasting. Unclear yellow/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, spicy nose with whiff of plums. Tartish, fruity, spicy, notes of plums and peach with tart finish.

Bottled 750ml. -at RBESG 2023 Grand Tasting. Murky dark red coloured, small off-white head, berries in the nose. Slightly tart berry taste with notes of yeast and mild spicy touch. Some not so pleasant wood touch in the finish.
