Tap at Zil verne. Med-light body, med carbo. Med bitterness, med-light caramelly sweetness. Medium resiny, light citrusy, grassy hops character. Feels boring overall, empty, watery. But inoffensive. Average-good.

Can from brewery. Orange amber color with medium beige head. Aroma of herbal hops, neutral malt, chamomile, honeybush, fruity esters. Taste starts sweet malty, fruity esters, spicy phenols, herbal hops together with chamomile, honeybush and lavender. Not very easy drinkable beer, if you like herbal notes in your beer, this is for you. I liked it, anyway not for to go drinking.

Bottle shared at Kraft, courtesy of Cuso. Opaque pinkish pour with a white head. Nose and taste are plum, funk, light acetic acid, a touch of citrus zest, leather, earthy notes, tannins. Light to medium bodied with a soft to average carbonation. Pleasant and complex, fun to drink.

Bottle shared with the brew crew by me. Somewhat opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is huge funk, acidic notes, sea buckthorn. Taste is rather sour, funky, with touches of sea buckthorn. Closes with a tart, dry finish, got a light body and average carbonation. Much more of a sour/wild ale than flavored saison imo, good beer nevertheless.

Bottle shared with Nari and Gabor Gábor, courtesy of Cuso, thanks a lot man! Pours opaque golden with a finger wide, persistent white head. Nose is intense apricot, both the fresh, juicy kind and a sweeter, candied fruit character, lovely, it's really in your face. It also shows some funky, woody, malty character. Taste is light tartness, moderate funk and a big apicot kick again with a lovely intensity. Closes with a long lasting, intense fruity finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. I expected the mixed ferm character to be more apparent, but the lovely apciot definitely makes up for it. Thanks a lot again for sending this bottle over, Imro!

Bottle shared with Nari and Gabor Gábor, courtesy of Cuso, thanks a lot man! Pours an elegant, deep ruby colour with an off-white head. Nose is a beautiful mix of cinnamon and blackberries with hints of wood and light funk. Tastewise it's a little less sophisticated and intense: it shows the same notes as in the aroma but not as nicely. With time it opens up tho, and the fruit-cinnamon combo and a lightly acetic, lactic sourness with hints of funk appear.

Backlog from August 2020, bottle kindly shared by Petra and Jose, thanks a lot guys! Nose is intense cherries, light tartness, some funk, a woody touch. Taste is light lactic acid, some acetic acid too, a funky touch to the cherry bomb. Closes with a sour, fruity finish has a light body and lively carbonation. Good one.
