Tap at Bombovar. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Does not feel overly cereal or sweet, fortunately. Hops-centered. Lots of zesty, exotic hops character, a bit grassy hop burny, but overall feels fresh and nice. Good.

Tap at Zil verne. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light lactic, yogurty and vomit acid character. The pineapple and lime only work to make it worse somehow, it is a real anti-synergy. Ungood.

Tap at Salon piva. Light acetic, moderate sourness, light bitterness and tartness and sweetness. Thin body, dryish, light carbonation. Loads of red grapes, fruity. Feels fresh, lively, easy drinking. Apparently it is 4 years old, amazing! Great beer, good balance.

getrunken als Gose mit Nelson Sauvign und 5,2% Eine eher weinlastige Gose, die mit ordentlichen Tönen nach Weißwein🥂 und fruchtiger Traubennote 🍇 kommt. Sehr untypisch, aber angenehm spritzig 💧 zu trinken. Ein Bier das den Spagat zwischen Wein und Bier 🤸♂️recht gut hinbekommt.

Bottle at BBT 10/2024. Med-high sourness, moderate acetic component - not completely overwhelming. Light tartness. Assertive apricot both in aroma and flavour. Light honey and pear character.
