Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy muddled gold with a full two fingers of off-white head that lingers. Kiwi, passionfruit, papaya and strawberry on the nose. Palate show tropical fruit rind with some pith and bitterness that lingers on the finish. Some peppery notes as well. Not bad, but perhaps Mackinac hops work better when paired rather than using as a single hop.

Murky cloudy orange body, thick puffy cream head. Aroma on the dry side with orange rind and oils, floral notes, and backing stone fruits. Oily and resinous body dominated by oranges; also pear, berries, and melon. An odd combination of disparate elements.

Cloudy medium orange body, medium tight cream head. Juicy aroma with papaya, stone fruits, and other tropical fruits. Sharp, tart, tropical juicy body with sharp citrus in the finish and aftertaste. Lots going on here--orange, lime, pink grapefruit, grape, and candy cigarettes--all melded nicely. Very good.
