Murky pale yellow-orange-brown body, medium tight cream head. Aroma skunky-dank with pineapple. Same in the body, with skunky-dank notes on a melon-pineapple umami base with some pink grapefruit rind punchiness. Leafy and somewhat raw, but very good.

Deep purple body, no head but fairly effervescent. Sour aroma with berries. Body thick, dominated by berries, with more subtle Peeps/marshmallow and caramelized sugar. Has a firm lactic bite.

Pale straw body, thick off-white head. Light nose, rather malty, mostly tangy creamed corn. Body floral and perfumy, a very nice blend of nutty, cerealy malt and floral, spicy hops. Pillowy mouthfeel.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear straw gold with a two fingers of white foam that lingers. Riwaka hops dominate the nose - lots of lime, kumquat and light catpiss notes. Dry on the palate with dank pine and bright citrus. Pithy, drying finish with more kumquat and lime. Very nice spring double IPA....abv hidden more than well.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is bready with grass/spice notes. Arguably med body. It's very slightly sweet - breadiness is rather subdued - there's a decent amout of grass/spice bitterness. Nice lager.

Cloudy medium orange body, thick cream head leaving massive lacing. Classic Arvon nose, a huge burst of tropical fruit juice, with passionfruit, papaya, pineapple, orange, pink grapefruit, minerals, and some dankness in the finish. Body creamy yet well-carbonated, sharp, sweet, and umami-earthy, with tropical fruits, citrus rind, bubblegum, and smoky dankness. Just enough green roughage in the finish to balance out the sweetness. Just superb all-around, my new standard bearer for the style.

Peculiar watered-down cola appearance topped by a thick pale cream head. Aroma floral and buttery, portending the dreaded diacetyl butter bomb, and not my first from Arvon, although certainly the worst. Sharp and bitter finish after that mess. Ugh.

Body deep garnet-black, thick brown head. Aroma of ashy coffee beans, roast, cocoa, and toasted malts. Body initially prickly and zingy, with lots of bittersweet cocoa/chocolate syrup. Roast firms up the palate after a few sips. Simple and not exactly typical but still a pretty good beer.
