Feels like Centennial/Amarillo. Very juicy hops/fruit, with light dank/earthy notes; and a great balanced clean dark/bready malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin drying. A very enjoyable offering, and well made Midwest style example as expected. No complaints.

Overall this is an excellent flavored gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of gummy candy, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Feels like sour patch kids were used. Great balance of juicy candy and Lacto complexity; with a nice solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy candy drying. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected. No complaints.
