Pours crystal clear deep orange/amber/light copper color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky cream colored head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy, lightly tart/tangy pineapples, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, caramel, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops, pineapple, and dark/bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy, lightly tart/tangy pineapples, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, caramel, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pineapples, tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, caramel, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops, pineapple, and dark/bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness, and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.7%. Overall this is an excellent fruited IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops, pineapple, and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the mildly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish; great soft feel. Feels like Centennial/Amarillo. Very juicy hops/fruit, with light dank/earthy notes; and a great balanced clean dark/bready malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin drying. A very enjoyable offering, and well made Midwest style example as expected. No complaints.

Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, raspberry, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/salt/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of gummy candy, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, raspberry, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/salt/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tang/tartness, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, raspberry, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/salt/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of gummy candy, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/tangy balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tang/tartness, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an excellent flavored gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of gummy candy, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Feels like sour patch kids were used. Great balance of juicy candy and Lacto complexity; with a nice solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy candy drying. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected. No complaints.

Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/chalky/tannic mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol or barrel booze for 6.3%. Overall this is an awesome barrel aged spiced American porter. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, maple, cinnamon, vanilla, bourbon barrels, and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/tannic/drying finish; great soft feel. Awesome balanced rich malts, maple, cinnamon, vanilla, and bourbon barrel presence/integration; with mild earthy hops, restrained fruity yeast. Lightly sweet with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Very minimal tart yeast note was there.

All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, cocoa, cinnamon, peppers, vanilla, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish; great soft feel. Great balance of nicely rich malts, cocoa, cinnamon, pepper, and vanilla flavorings; with mild earthy hops and fruity yeast. Lightly sweet with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made style example. Was expecting more spice presence, but is adequate without being overwhelming.

Damn nice aromas with great balance of pale malts and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is an excellent German pilsner. All around great robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish; not aggressive. Great clean pils malt showcase; with great earthy noble hop presence/balance. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively spot on style example.

Overall this is a fantastic DIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Fantastic Simcoe, Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade profile. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a nice sized dark/bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on west coast style example. Loved the classic hop profile as expected.

Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.6%. Overall this is an excellent California common. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts, and light-moderate fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Awesome balance between clean/rich dark/Munich malts and earthy noble hops; with restrained yeast fruitiness. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
