Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, berries, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, berries, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, berries, red apple, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance. Slight lingering hop astringency through thew glass, but not overwhelming. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.8%. Overall this is an excellent NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Awesome El Dorado, Azacca, Calypo profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example; even if a bit too resinous/drying after the finish.

Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.1%. Overall this is a fantastic imperial red ale! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Fantastic Cascade showcase. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced rich dark/Munich malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.

Great! Tart red/yellow/crisp/sharp apples; fruit peel/pear/herbal/yeast earth/lt pepper. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Fairly acid/tang/tannic drying. No harshness. Smooth/pretty refreshing. Great apple complexity/balance. Very impressive.

Fantastic balance of rich malts, peanut butter, cocoa, and vanilla flavors; with balancing earthy hops. Lightly sweet with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example. Not overly sweet or bitter/charred either way.

Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tangerine, orange juice, citrus peel/zest, vanilla, cream, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of orange juice/peels, vanilla, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, citrus peel/zest, vanilla, cream, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.1%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited milkshake sour! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of orange juice/peels, vanilla, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly lactic. Flavorful and not watery for the low ABV. Amazingly well balanced between juicy oranges/peels, vanilla, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example.

Overall this is an awesome rye IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and rye/bready malts flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, and not aggressive. Feels like Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced bready rye malt backbone. Mild increasing warmth of 8.7% through the glass. Overall this is an awesome Imperial American brown ale. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts and citrus/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Awesomely clean, rich, and well rounded brown ale malt complexity; with balanced citrus/earthy Chinook/Cascade hops. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example for an imperial. On the bitter/hoppy side for the style, but not overdone.

Overall this is as fantastic Scottish ale. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready/light roasted malts, moderate fruity yeast, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Great soft feel. Fantastic rich English malt complexity, with balancing fruity yeast, and solid earthy hops against sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
