Roasty coffee and creamy oats on the palate. More cacao powder and coffee on the end. Well executed if not a bit tame. Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy clearish straw gold with a finger of foam. Lots of pithy white grapefruit and dank citrus on the nose. More citrus on the palate, with some resiny notes. Excellent mouthfeel, texture and body. So many SIPAs are either too watery or too heavy for the style. The malt bill is perfect. Lingering light granola malt, dank citrus and white grapefruit pith.
