Pretty good, but nothing too exciting here. Decent showcase for the Mosaic--bubblegum, grapefruit, and soap notes come through the strongest--but lacking any defining feature to make it a go-to pint. Caramel and biscuit from the malts provide moderate sweetness, while the pinecone finish gives a welcome bitterness. Wet grain and earth grow pronounced as the beer warms. Pour orange-gold with a lasting white head and moderate lace. A bit heavy in texture, but the perky feel makes up for it. Needs some fine-tuning.

Fairly standard pils, with a solid dose of apple-lemon fruitiness underneath grainy cracker malts and a firm floral bitterness on the back end. Moderate cereal sweetness grows pronounced as the pint warms, while the bitterness never quite seems as balanced as it should be. Pours a pale yellow-gold with a thing white head and modest lacing. Floral hop nose has hints of apple and biscuit. Very drinkable, if unexciting.

Can from Craft Brewed shared at Lucky Bamboo GBS set share. Pours a deep brown with a small bit of beige head that lingers. Straight up vietnamese coffee on the nose, some creamer and coffee with some light sweet aromas. Light coffee-light body, with a perfect V. Coffee mouthfeel. Sweet and creamy but not overly show. Coffee shines throughout. Some light chicory bitterness towards the finish. Very well-executed. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cà Phê Sữa đá on 24 Mar 2018 at 16:50 - Score: 8

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a slightly unclear deep gold to light copper with a finger of foam that lingers. Huge dank nose with pine, orange, sticky candy and faint honey notes. Clean and crisp, light bodied. Highly crushable. Very heady, with more dank orange and bright citrus. Lingering prickly bitterness on the finish. Awesome stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sticky Icky IPA on 20 Mar 2018 at 12:34 - Score: 8. Original review text: Huge dank, sticky pine and honey orange nose.
