On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavour bring out toasted nuts, toasted malt and some light bready sweetness. Light-bodied and true enough to style. Decent beer.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light smoke, with earthy malt and light toasted notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with light smoke, earthy notes and toasted malt. Dry and smoky, with not much depth. Decent.

On nitro tap at Smith & Lentz, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a hint of dry oats. Flavour is very dry and hearty, with notes of oats upfront, followed by toasted earthy malts. Dry body, with a soft mouthfeel. Solid stuff.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of oats and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with light oats, biscuity malt and dry hopping on the underside. Dry and balanced on the palate. Solid.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and a metallic hop character. Flavour is along the same lines, with metallic notes, earthy hops and biscuity malt. Something seems a bit off about this, but it's pleasant enough. Needs correcting.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours an opaque bright pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh tart blueberries, along with wheaty notes. Flavour is very juicy, with loads of blueberries, and a wheaty body. Low tartness and sweetness, but quite juicy. Nice blueberry beer.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with piney hops, biscuity malt and a hint of dankness. Assertive and bone dry - how I look my IPAs. Very good.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry resinous hops, biscuity malt and maybe a hint of butter. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, light resinous hops, and toasted caramel. Again, maybe a hint of butter that is thankfully subdued. Okay.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is quite dry and herbal in the hop department, with crisp biscuity malt. Not very interesting and quite boring really.

On tap at Smith & Lentz, pours a cloudy bright peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry stone fruit, floral hops, a little pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney dry hops and dry biscuity malt. Heavy palate for what it is, with a dry finish. Nice stuff.
