On tap at BeerTemple. Pours clear blonde with no head. Rustic yeast, oaky barrels, musty grape skins on the nose. Flavour has lots of oaky barrels, musty grape skins. There's a sticky oiliness to the palate that's a bit unpleasant, but otherwise this is pretty good.
Sweet, tangy, malty deliciousness. Hints of orange and dry gin fosho.

On tap at Peders, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, floral dry hops, and toasted grains. Flavour has rustic saison yeast, floral dry-hopping, toasted grains, and some bugs. Rustic, floral and lightly spicy. It’s alright.

On tap at Peders, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has some phenolic notes, watermelon, and some wild bugs. Flavour is bizarre, with watermelon, phenolic notes, and rustic bugginess. The melon doesn’t work well in here, or else the base is fucked. Meh.

On tap at Peders. Pours murky gold with a white head. Watermelon and a completely fucked phenolic character on the nose. Flavour is similar, fairly acidic, but the profile is a bizarre mix of watermelon and rubber. Quite poor.

On tap at Peders. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Musty barrels and some dank hops on the nose. Flavour has some barrel character, some grassy hops, some citric acid, some phenols. This is harsh and not particularly enjoyable.
