Growler: Clear, light gold, small white head. Lemon, yeast aroma. Taste is strikingly bitter lemon peel, yeast. A nice funkiness, but the overdone bittering overcomes it quickly. Just OK......

Growler: Pours black with a short tan head. Dark fruit, chocolate....almost like a flat Dr. Pepper scent. Taste is mildly bitter dark chocolate malt, dark fruit.....very dry with a fairly strong, ashy/herbal-spice bitter. Pretty good.

Draft. Tangerine/lemon, light biscuit malt, and tangerine peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet tangerine/lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter dry tangerine/lemon peel flavor. Okay body.

Draft. Milky orange, cherry, and caramel malt aroma. Golden yellow with nice head. Sweet-tangy orange/grapefruit, caramel malt, and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Okay body. Kind of comes across like a blonde ale - not very hoppy.

Growler: Nearly clear, amber-brown with a small off-white head. Toffee, apple, raisin aroma. Taste is sweet and rich toffee malt with a slight herbal bitter. Very nice.

Draft. Plum, chocolate malt, wood and ash aroma. Black with small tan head. Sweet dried fruit, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter herbal wood ash flavor. Nice body. Pretty tasty.

Draft. Toffee malt and herbal hay aroma. Hazy amber with large off white head. Sweet buttery toffee malt and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Good body. Good straight forward beer.

Draft. Cherry, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Brown with small head. Lightly sweet lactic chocolate-caramel malt and mildly bitter/astringent hay flavor. Body on the light side. Pretty solid.

Tap. Pours hazy golden orange, medium off white head, creamy, nice lacing. Aroma is Brett, more Brett, hints of stone fruit. Medium body, funky and dusty.

Growler: nearly black with a short tan head. Chocolate, oatmeal scent. Dry, ashy, chocolate malt taste. A light ashy and semi-oily bitter. Light, but good solid flavours.
