Killer stout, waves and waves of bitter chocolate, coffee, deep roasted malt, and anise with hints of sweet black cherry and raisin. Finishes incredibly dry, with a clingy, formidable bitterness dusted with unsweetened cocoa and smoke. Deep chocolate and java on the nose, with a silky, slick feel that makes the pint disappear way too quickly. These guys know dark beer. Delicious.

Tasty Berliner, super-tart and grainy with solid notes of sour lemon and a cracker malt undercurrent. Gets some curious berry-tropical hints on the back end, while the finish is bright and clean. Excellent beer.

Lovely compromise between New England and West Coast, hazy and juicy but with enough piney hop bitterness to work as an APA. Lemon, grapefruit and mango meet with pine and pepper, while slight hits of biscuit and caramel from the malts add balance. Finishes dry and clingy. Nice.

Tasty fruit IPA, subtly sweet with a nice mix if citric hops and a bright, juicy pineapple soul. Mild hints of lactose lie underneath, adding the slightest bit of vanilla meringue to the fruitiness. Modest bitterness on the back end leads to a gentle, lemon-and-pineapple dusted fade. Creamy texture, nice tropical nose. Good beer.

Incredible Black IPA, a massive jolt of roasted malts mixed with a deep hop vein and a deadly texture. Chocolate and bitter dark roast coffee on the front, with flashes of anise, chalk, and pencil shavings in the middle before growing citric and resinous on the back end, with orange, grapefruit and pine stealing the show. Not a trace of the 9.6 ABV, instead offering a silky smooth feel that's oh so drinkable. Pours an opaque black with brown edges, a dark beige head giving up moderate lace. Nose is spot-on mix of piney, resinous hops with roasted malt notes. Great, great beer.

Good hazed IPA, big and juicy on the front with an appreciably bitter finish. Malts are a bit raw and grainy, while the hops--full of grapefruit, orange, and mango--offer a brief flash of fruitiness before fading into a bitter, somewhat underdeveloped back end. Pours a gorgeous hazed gold with a fluffy white head and endless lacing. Incredible aroma, tons of juicy citrus notes backed up by hints of pine. Good texture, if the slightest bit astringent. Not bad.

Very, very up front with the Mosaics, giving up tons of berry with undercurrents of cantaloupe, mango, orange, and a modest floral soapiness. Farmhouse side still packs plenty of gently grassy sweetness, vanilla and clove backed by a spicy herbal backbone. Pours a gorgeous gold with a massive white head and ample lacing. Nose is more IPA-ish than Saison, grass and wheat overpowered by the Mosaic onslaught. Slight bit of booze on the texture, but overall a delicious beer.
