Citra-heavy sibling of Cloudfall. Lots of grapefruit and pineapple, underlined by milder notes of berry and passionfruit. Finishes with a sturdy but navigable bitterness and a hint of yeast and wort. Tasty.

Good stout, with a healthy mix of unsweetened chocolate, espresso, molasses, anise, and char, finishing with a lingering roasted bitterness accented by vanilla and a little boozy warmth.

Good Citra IPA, lots of grapefruit and pine drenched in dank, resinous goodness. Undertones of pineapple and grain provide sweetness, while a mild bitter streak adds balance to the finish. Gotta admit, this sixer is growing on me the more I go through it. (Over a few days; I’m not plowing through it in one sitting.) The score might keep ticking up with each can.

Juicy, easy-drinking NEIPA, full of grapefruit pith, stone fruit, passionfruit, and berry, with a mineral bitterness on the back end and lingering notes of citrus in the fade. Soft texture grows a slight bit of hop burn, but nothing too aggressive. Tasty.

Not bad, a bit of a Citra-bomb for a blonde ale, but still an easy-drinking pint. Loads of grapefruit and lemon zest, with a big, oily, grapefruit rind bitterness on the back end offset by modest cracker malts and a gentle lemon-tinted fade. Close to being a session IPA, but the malts and clingy hop bite on the finish elevate it to a respectable brew.

Very juicy, full of grapefruit, orange zest, mandarin, and lime, backed up by a grainy rye spiciness and mild pine notes and a bit of resin in the fade. Hard to discern the difference between this and a lower-ABV IPA, but still tasty.

Exactly what you want from a smoothie IPA: tons of citrus and berry notes from the hops, soft grainy sweetness underneath, rounded out by subtle vanilla and bubblegum peeking through in the finish. Modest earth-pine bite on the fade prevents the lactose from growing cloy. Restrained, but after trying dozens of sugar-bomb versions of the style, restrained is great. Tasty pint.

Nice, easy-drinking schwarzbier, with a dry, unsweetened cocoa backbone laced with notes of espresso, cherry, and roast. Crisp finish leaves lingering traces of char and a clean fade.

Sour and tart, with a bone-dry citrus-laden puckering front followed by mild hints of grain and guava, followed up by tangerine zest, flowers, and a modest alcohol bite. If sours are your thing, by all means, enjoy.

Gentle saison, with a subtle red grape sweetness underlining grass, cracker, and floral hops. Loses a bit of its mojo on the back end, growing a tad dry and listless in the fade. Interesting, but not altogether satisfying.
